On June 17, we visited University College London (UCL), one of the world’s leading universities, with more than 50,000 students enrolled. Several students who have interest in universities in the UK took part in the campus tour, led by a Japanese student currently studying at UCL. It was a great opportunity to learn about the campus, its facilities, and the wide range of academic departments and programs.
We also learned about UCL’s strong commitment to diversity and inclusivity. The opportunity of being able to join a variety of clubs and societies, make friends across different departments, and being able to pursue individual interests made the university particularly appealing to us.
